By downloading and using Momentito (the “app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Momentito on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with the App Store and Google Play terms.

Free trial & purchase

Momentito offers a 7-day free trial followed by a one-time purchase that unlocks the app for the life of the product. Billing, trials, and refunds are managed by Apple and Google according to their policies. We do not process payments directly.

Your data

Your activity data is stored on your device and is your responsibility to back up. We are not able to recover data that is lost when an app or device is deleted or reset.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to break the app, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

Momentito is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentito and its makers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
